Rwanda: No Safe Haven?

28/09/2009 - Impunity Watch has published a new briefing paper, discussing a recent decision by a British court not to return Rwandan genocide subjects to their home country to face trial.

The analysis of the judges' reasoning and international significance of the case was prepared by Anne Weernink, a pro bono researcher with Impunity Watch.

This paper introduces a developing Impunity Watch programme in the Great Lakes region of Africa, due for launch in early 2010.
