WHO WE ARE

MISSION AND VISION

Impunity Watch seeks to reduce impunity for past atrocities in post conflict states by increasing civil society influence on the creation and implementation of policy.

We forge partnerships with civil society organisations to conduct joint research, create tailored policy proposals and advocate for their implementation. In this way we aim to assist civil societies in post conflict states gain a stronger voice in shaping their national accountability processes.

We hope that our efforts will contribute to building societies in which impunity for most serious of crimes is no longer expected or accepted and a culture of human rights and rule of law prevails.
