Monitoreo de la Justicia Transicional en Guatemala Tomo II Derecho a la justicia para las victimas del conflicto armado The Monitoring Report on the Right to Justice in 2014, provides information on progress and regressions in the process of transitional justice in Guatemala, as a basis for measuring the political will of the State in the future with respect to Truth, Justice and Reparation. Impunity Watch expects that, from the findings of the report, a critical analysis of the commitment of the current government and other state agencies in compliance with the Peace Accords and the attention of the recommendations of the CEH can be performed. This analysis will recognize the importance of ensuring victims of internal armed conflict access to justice for serious violations suffered for over 36 years.
