The office of IW Guatemala issued a statement on the decision of the Appeal Court (Sala Primera de la Corte de Apelaciones) that confirmed the verdict of Judge Flores, issued on 23 April 2013, to annul the whole process against Rios Montt and Rodriguez Sanchez and which reverts the process to the date of 23 November 2011, when both persons were not charged yet.
