Guidelines for Victim Participation in Justice Processes

Victims and survivors possess the expertise born of their struggle for justice, yet they are still excluded from decision-making.

To address this, INOVAS has developed a set of practical guidelines to ensure meaningful victim participation in justice responses to human rights violations.

These guidelines, drafted by victim and survivor associations in Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Asia and Africa are intended for use by all individuals and organisations (governments, international organisations, and civil society) working in the justice field. They are also available in French, Spanish, and Arabic.
