In September 2012 Impunity Watch, together with local partners Youth for Peace, Kdei Karuna and Youth Resource Development Program organised the International Memory Initiatives Exchange Forum in Phnom Penh Cambodia.The role and impact of memorialisation in combating impunity was explored, based on an Impunity Watch comparative study in Guatemala, Burundi, Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Africa and Cambodia.
