Impunity research instrument

At the start of its operations in 2008, Impunity Watch developed a research instrument to monitor impunity and track progress in transitional justice, following outbreaks of violent conflict anywhere in the world.

The instrument presented here has been created by a group of analysts, researchers and practitioners. It aims to support a comprehensive approach to reducing impunity for serious crimes against international law.
