Director of Impunity Watch, Marlies Stappers, was interviewed by Vice Versa for their article on the Dutch international development cooperation policy in South America. The article focuses on the evaluation report published by the Inspectie Ontwikkelingssamenwerking en Beleidsevaluatie (IOB). The IOB is the evaluation bureau of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs which evaluates the implementation and impact of the development cooperation policy of The Netherlands.
