An analysis of the gender-sensitivity of several key BiH laws, strategies and documents in the area of TJRNR shows the following. Since 2008, the country has had a National Strategy for War Crimes Processing (NSWCP), the objective of which is to process all outstanding war crimes within the next fifteen years, aiming to finalise this work in 2023.
