A graduate of Leiden University with an MSc. in Law and Society, Iman is currently based in The Hague. She is originally from Singapore and spent seven years in Vancouver, Canada, where she studied an Honors in Sociology (with a minor in Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice) at the University of British Columbia.
Iman brings with her extensive experience working across a range of community-based non-profit organisations in both Singapore and Vancouver. She was also a senior writer and researcher at a media site aimed at making the world’s information more accessible through data visualisation. Simultaneously during her Masters, Iman also worked at The Hague Humanity Hub, an organisation bringing together the peace and justice community through facilitating connections and the exchange of knowledge.
Iman is thrilled to be working for Impunity Watch and feels especially aligned with our mission of victim-led transformative justice.
